L'uovo in camicia Un gioco di parole, un portauovo a forma di camicia realizzato con la pasta per il pane. Funge da supporto ma anche da accompagnamento per il consumo dell’uovo. Uovo e pane, quindi, come unici ingredienti da mangiucchiare insieme. Terminato il pasto, tutto viene consumato: uovo e portauovo. L'uovo in camicia It is a wordgame ('uovo in camicia' = poached egg but 'camicia' in Italian also means shirt). It is a shirt-shaped egg-cup made of bread dough. It can act as a prop but it can also be eaten together with the egg. Egg and bread to taste together as a single ingredient. At the end of the meal everything has been eaten: the egg and the egg-cup.
