I protagonisti sono gli spaghetti, i quali confondono le loro origini tra Italia ed Asia. Il confronto tra due tradizioni e due culture è mediato dal dialogo tra lo chef e il progettista. La chiave della ricetta è l’utilizzo degli stessi elementi in differenti contesti, il quale dà vita ad un’interazione tra ingredienti che porta all’avvicinamento di mondi apparentemente lontani e profondamente differenti. Le forme del piatto raccontano così la forza delle identità e suggeriscono contemporaneamente l’equilibrio del confronto.
Spaghetti
The main characters of this prototype are the spaghetti, whose origins seem to be both in Italy and Asia. The chef mediates between two cultures with their traditions. The key element of this recipe is using the same ingredients in different contests. It will lead to a combination and integration which will bring two worlds closer. Two worlds that are so far away, and apparently very different from one another. The appearance of the dishes tell us about the power of identity, and at the same time about the balance of comparison.
