Per chi non vuole rinunciare alla tipica grattata di formaggio senza doverlo toccare con le mani, per non sporcarsi e per questioni d’igiene se si è in tanti. La pinza è in acciaio inox, lavabile, e flette in modo da permettere l’incastro del pezzo di formaggio o tartufo che sia. Dei dentini interni bloccano il pezzo e due anelli laterali consentono di incastrare le dita per afferrare al meglio il pezzo. Facendo pressione sull’esterno è facilmente removibile il pezzo di formaggio.
