REEM AZZU
Nata a New York nel 1975 da genitori di nazionalità mista, è stata esportata a Roma per motivi di lavoro del padre. Frequenta le scuole internazionali e dopo il liceo studia management in Svizzera. Continuando a coltivare il suo interesse per il disegno, gira il mondo conoscendo persone e culture diverse, interessandosi così all'artigianato locale. Da questi incontri trae ispirazione per cambiare la direzione della sua vita e tornare in Italia per imparare l'arte del design frequentando l'Istituto Europeo di Design di Roma.
Vive con il suo compagno e il loro cane Martedì.

 
REEM AZZU
Reem Azzu was born in New York in 1975 of multi-national-parents. Her father’s job brought her to Rome when she was very young. She attended international schools, and after high school moved to Switzerland and studied management. She keeps her passion for drawing alive, and travels around the world meeting new people and cultures and is very interested in local crafts.
These events led her to understand what she really wants to do in her life, and she returned to Italy to enroll in the European Design School in Rome.
She now lives in Rome with her partner and their dog Martedì.
