Maneggevole, sicura, grazie all'impugnatura salda e protettiva che impedisce di sfiorare i fori con le dita, ed economica. La gestualità è differente da quella abituale, per cui è la mano che impugna la grattugia a muoversi, concorrendo all’eliminazione del rischio di ferirsi con i fori.     ((s)grate) Sgrattugia is the result of studies related to the cheese grater and its use. Sgrattugia is cheap, handy and safe, thanks to the steady handgrip which prevents one’s fingers to scratch on the grater. The gesture is different: with Sgrattugia the hand that holds the grater moves, so to reduce the risk of getting hurt.
